inspiration comes at strange times. Walking the local woods, seeing dead wood all around. Knowing I had some bits of an old wooden pallet at home. The idea of attaching natural wood to processed wood arose. I’m still improvising. Wood is just a medium, like any other. Surfaces aren’t inert. Choices matter. I’ve no idea where this artwork is going. That is my choice.
