it’s not funny but you gotta laugh. It’s a joke but it isn’t funny. They are laughing, we are laughing. Everyone is having such a fucking laugh. It’s because of all the winning. Just do what you’re told and they’ll leave you alone. Maybe. Stare through the bottom of your coffee cup like youve go x ray vision or whatever. Maybe you can see your future in there. Not in the leaves , cos you removed those in the teabag. It’s the insipid brown stain that mesmerises you. Stare hard enough and they won’t single you out. Make sure you don’t see them. Only the beige tea stains and empty void. If you stare long enough you will see your soul and find it empty.
