Sizes and prices

One subject. Extra people or animals are charged separately. Framing is extra if you want it - most people frame their own. Nothing larger than A4.

How it works

1. Send me a photograph. Sharp, in focus, and with the face clearly visible.
2. I confirm the crop, the size and the price before anything starts.
3. Half the fee up front, the rest when it's finished.
4. You see a scan before it goes in the post, so there are no surprises.
5. Posted flat and tracked.

Photographs are only used for your portrait. Good photographs make good drawings - a phone snap in daylight is usually enough, a dark or blurry one isn't.

Live sittings

I can draw from life instead of a photograph, at the same sizes and prices. Sittings are in Auchterarder, or somewhere else by arrangement.

On-site commissions outside the Auchterarder area may include travel expenses. I'll confirm any extra cost before you commit.

Painted portraits

Acrylic or oil, worked up properly over several sessions. These are bespoke, so they're quoted individually - tell me the size, the subject and the timescale and I'll come back with a price.

Gift vouchers

Vouchers available for any of the above. The recipient sends their own photograph and chooses the size.
