The display of goods on the Alex Loveless website amounts to an invitation to treat only and is not an offer to sell products at any price indicated. No contract for the sale of any product will exist between you and Alex Loveless unless and until Alex Loveless accepts your order by a confirmatory e-mail, SMS/MMS message, or other appropriate means of communication.

3. Pricing and Availability

All prices are stated in GBP (£). Prices are inclusive of VAT (where applicable) but exclusive of delivery charges unless otherwise stated.
Each piece is unique; therefore, availability is subject to change without notice. In the event that a product is out of stock, Alex Loveless will inform you as soon as possible and you will be given the option of waiting for stock replenishment or canceling your order.

4. Payment

Payment can be made using various payment methods available on the website. Payment will be debited and cleared from your account before the dispatch of your artwork.
You confirm that the credit/debit card that is being used is yours or that you have been specifically authorized by the owner of the credit/debit card to use it.

5. Delivery

Alex Loveless aims to dispatch artworks within 14 working days of accepting your order. However, the delivery timescales are indicative only.
The risk of loss and damage of products passes to you on the date when the products are delivered or on the date of the first attempted delivery by us.

6. Cancellation and Returns

We hope you are delighted with your purchase, yet you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason.
The artwork must be returned in its original condition, at your risk and cost. After inspecting the returned item, a full refund will be issued.

7. Intellectual Property

All content available on the website, including, but not limited to, text, graphics, logos, images, and audio clips, is the property of Alex Loveless. Content on the website is provided for personal use and not for resale purposes.

8. Liability

Alex Loveless is not liable for any business losses. He only supplies the artworks for domestic and private use. If you use the products for any commercial, business, or resale purpose, Alex Loveless will have no liability to you for any loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption, or loss of business opportunity.

9. Impact of External Circumstances

Alex Loveless holds no responsibility for any hindrance in fulfilment of services due to circumstances out of our control, including acts of God, changes to law, embargoes, fires, earthquakes, floods, or any other force majeure events.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions are governed and construed in accordance with Scottish law. You agree that the Scottish courts will have exclusive jurisdiction in the event of a dispute.
